"We selected this hotel because it had a beautiful view in the picture. When we arrived it had a lovely view of the sea, better than we expected. We had saved our money for one night to have a romantic evening with a view of the sea and bird watching in the early morning. But the room had many spiders, the sliding glass door didn’t securely lock (it would be easy for someone to break in), and people above us partied until 2;00 am. We were awake all night. No romantic evening with a beautiful view...

"The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one)."

"We stayed at the 6person suite with the “tobogán” pool view. The room was terrible. Both of the showers that were in the suite were really old so the shower heads on both were spilling water all over the bathroom. The air conditioning unit (mini split) in both rooms were moldy. One of them didn’t turn on and the other one was spilling water onto the bed and pillows when turned on. In the kitchen, the faucet was very old so the water would come out at an angle and not straight down like normal....

"Instalaciones de lujo y servicio de primera. La playa es de muy buen tamaño y esta impecable. Despues de quedarme ahi, no hay punto de comparacion con los otros hoteles de 5 estrellas de Punta Mita, este es el mejor. Es Spa es un poco chico, pero agradable y pondria mas equipo en el gimnasio (el Four Seasons si tiene mejor gimnasio). La suite que nos dieron de upgrade es de las mejores de un resort que he tenido la fortuna de alojarme, comparandole con hoteles en todo el mundo. El unico pero...

"Entire resort super clean . Staff amazingly friendly . Shout out to our butler Josue for always going above and beyond for us ! Food was always fresh and sooo good ! Only thing to be aware of is there are lots of stairs .. everywhere . Pool was always super clean . "

"No front desk availability. No phone available in the room. Restaurant food was below average, drinks and were food expensive.Only 2 small bottles of water were provided per day which was not sufficient given you cannot drink the tap water. Additional water had to be purchased The pool and sunchairs were great, the beach was rocky and water was cloudy. The hotel is very close to the highway so a lot of road noise day and night. You need a car at this hotel as there is nothing within walking...

Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great.
