"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. PROS: -The staff is amazing. -The SPA is gorgeous and the massages are incredible. -The rooms are lovely. -You have to walk a lot, but there are golf carts that take you everywhere. CONS -The food.... There are only 2 restaurants you can eat at breakfast/lunch/dinner and the food is okay/mediocre at best. The only restaurant that's good, allows one reservation per stay and no more. -It's not next to the beach, but...

"The staff was incredibly kind everywhere we went. Amazing food and drinks. Thank you Sergio, our time by the pool and ocean was so enjoyable thanks to your caring, outgoing personality!!! Much appreciated! Wonderful holiday!!! Robin and Angie"

"The whole property needs to be bulldozed over. It neds so much work. There’s nothing clean. It stinks. The rooms are disgusting. We had no air conditioning in our room the night we stayed there. It was 95° in the room, asked for the air conditioner to be fixed or fans got neither. The staff was rude. The food was disgusting. We got up the next morning the 24th and moved to another resort which cost us another $5200. I would like a refund on the room from the crown paradise golden adult only...

"Great breakfast and immaculate facilities Bit of a walk to beach. Highly recommended"

"They are still in the process of remodeling and adding on. They are building a restaurant right by the pool so you could hear that construction while at the pool. Only one out of five elevators were working. The fire alarm went off everyday due to them working on the elevators. The breakfast buffet was in the sports bar due to remodeling. We will go back eventually, just going to wait two years."

"Food variety was perfect! Room was gorgeous!"

"We loved our stay!"
