"We stayed in room 1525 and unfortunately the only down side to our trip was not a working AC! Luckily my fiance and I were able to sleep still, a well working fan made sure of that. The staff were remarkable and the food was delightful! Some people have said the facilities were outdated, personally I think they just need some restoration but other than that it was a great time. Some workers I want to highlight are Diego (sushi expert), Lucia (chambermaid), Luz (bartender) and Ulises (concierge)....
