"It was a couple’s trip and it was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, with a majestic lobby that faces the ocean. The staff are proactive and warm. Everyone we saw greeted us with smiles and they tried their best to greet us by our names. They even gave me a surprise on my birthday, when I was having breakfast! It’s simply a beautiful place to recharge! "

"Resort was amazing, great position, staff were very attentive and friendly, would diffentaly stay again, only thing l could say was pool deck chairs were not very comfortable, but pools were great. We were situated in the deluxe pool access, which was lovely and close to pool and quite."

"As always stars given in respect to cost. It is in kuta. 5 minute walk to airport 20 minute drive so great for that but unfortunately kuta is outdated now and the happening place is in cangu. "

"The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained. Very comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. Ema from front desk was helpful and patient with our inquiries- shoutout to her. "
