"Great hotel"

"Washroom was not flushing well and shower curtain was disgusting."

"Smaller room though we got the one with the loft. Not as clean as i woulld expect especially for the price, but it was ok."

"The superior king room was quite small. It had a king bed, a small table, and a TV but not enough room to use both chairs for the table or for a night table to fit on the one side of the bed. The bath/ shower valve was installed backwards so hot and cold reversed. The lever that turned the shower on was very finicky; you had to hold you tongue just right and not blink to keep it engaged."

"Very clean, well maintained, awesome staff."

"The property was clean and my room had a nice view of the mountains. The hot tub was warm and steamy just like in the pictures, and also showcased a nice view of the mountains. To be honest, the outdoor patio hot tubs were much more relaxing than the Banff Hot Springs. The water had added epsom salts and jets you could turn either on or off. The restaurant had delicious high quality food and my waiter was perfectly attentive and friendly and always seemed to be at our table at the right...

"Clean and nice."

"Staff were very friendly & helpful. Great location"

"Hotel standards, overpriced, food expensive but good, not so much choice in this area. My daughter booked a room at this inn for one night, from 24 October 2026 to 25 October 2026, through Expedia. The booking was paid in full at the time of reservation. My daughter subsequently discovered that your inn requires a credit card to be provided as a security deposit in case of any damage. As she does not travel with a credit card, I called your inn and spoke with a staff member. She confirmed that...

"Very nice stay, pool was great. Thank you!"

"This property is a hidden gem. Everything about it was excellent. The best included breakfast I've had when travelling, and I've traveled a lot. Great variety and everything was fresh, no powdered eggs etc. Fantastic ambiance in the courtyard. Two hot pools, one with a fireplace, and sitting area with fireplace and heaters. Great location, a nice stroll along the downtown core with many restaurants and shops. Great value for what I paid. Would stay here again."

"What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible."

"The staff, property and location were all fantastic. It was clean and cozy. Will definitely stay here again"
