Hotel with a Concierge in Île-de-France from SAR199

"This was the best hotel room for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the room was big enough to fit all of us. We had two adults, a teen, pre-teen, and a 2 year old. The hotel was also a great location. There was a metro station right by the hotel. There was also an amazing bakery right by. "

"The property is old and unkept. Our room was dirty and with poor lighting. It is very overrated for what it is. An old French hotel."

"Staff is always available and excellent Bad smell in my room they offered to move us. We had two nights left and didn’t want to bother. They tried to fix the problem. I’m guessing it is a bad drain. "

"Friendly place, from all of the staff in each area to the shops and bits just outside the hotel. Made to feel welcome. Ideal place for Disney. A free shuttle bus for the guests. Very close to the main train station RER A line to central Paris. Supermarket 2 min walk away. Huge shopping centre if that’s what you like 5 mins away. Back to the hotel and there’s an on site spa with great facilities. We used the pool on the last day. The room itself was large. I fell it could have been organised...

"Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!"
