"It is a pretty standard, well run Japanese chain hotel with good service as usual. The rooms and the public area is tight and the location is excellent. Tsukuba was fully booked at the time of my stay."

"I can't think of anything unique about this hotel. It's advertised as a 3 star, but should be a 2. Air conditioning didn't cool the room, stains on the carpet, toilet kept filling so i had to lift the cover and asist the float, and the furniture/fixtures were very worn. The pobby and exterior of the building looked ok, but the room itself was bad.i would not reccomend this hotel."
