"チェックインは確かに、ちょっと手間がかかりましたが、部屋はとても綺麗で、木の香りがよい感じで、快適でした。 キッチンはあるのですが、それのみになりますので、食事をするなら、使い捨ての食器やカトラリーを持って行くことをお勧めします。ゴミ箱は、キッチンがあるわりに小さめでした。 ファミリータイプを利用しましたが、並んでる部屋との接触部はクロークになっているので、音が響かず、考えられていると思いました。 洗濯機も問題なく綺麗で、使いやすかったですが、干す場所が欲しいですね。洗剤やハンガー類、持ち込みましたが、下げる場所が問題でした。 料金でみると、かなり価値のある施設だと思います。ホテルよりも、落ち着けて快適だったので、また利用したいと思いました。"

"The hotel was maintained well. The meals were also satisfying. The public bath was rather compact but sufficient. The few cons were that the bed matrees was pretty firm and the attractions around the hotel weren't so vibrant. However, if you are there to fully relax with no running around for sightseeing, it should be fine with good meals and hot spring. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights there."

"チェックイン・アウトの時間がエクスペディア掲載と後から届くメッセージとで違います。 チェックアウトが遅れると1時間につき追加料金がかかると言われましたが、正確な時間がわからず混乱しました。 建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔感がありました。マイクロファイバーのバスタオルとフェイスタオルがベッド台数分ありました。洗濯機は乾燥までできますが、かなり時間はかかりました。何故か柔軟剤だけ置いてあります。 キッチンにはフライパンやまな板、包丁、その他キッチンツールがあり、皿もあります。 テレビでYouTubeが視聴できたので、子供たちも楽しそうでした。"
