"Excellent in everything"

"The room was great, had everything we needed. Star were all exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a variety of food that we weren’t used to for breakfast but we enjoyed it all. 100% Will stay here again next time we stay at Disney. A little far from the city center but the train station is connected to the hotel, so it was extremely easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo. "

"The staff were efficient and helpful! Amenities are readily available in the lobby as you walk to the elevators going up to the rooms. The hotel is also located above floors of restaurants and a Uniqlo which made dining and shopping convenient. "

"24 hour convenience store inside the hotel. Loved that this was a super quiet neighbourhood, but right down the street from a station. Made getting around the city super easy. Beautiful park/ green space nearby, and lots of great food options!"

"Very nice first impression for Japan. The bus from the airport was on time and there were plenty of staff to welcome and checkin. Our room faced the airport but there was no noise. There are 3 restaurants and a very good convenience store. You can’t walk safely in the area because there are no sidewalks but it’s perfect for transiting through Narita. "

"The staff are amazing and exceptionally helpful. It is generously staffed with friendly greeters at the main door, and a person stationed at the elevators to help call the next lift. The rooms are relatively spacious, with thoughtful layouts, and self care amenities that are replaced daily. I've yet to have a bad stay at this property. "
