"Cons- Very far from most tourist destinations, expect to spend more money on taxi, and hotel adds surcharge to book cabs. Insect comes into the room because it's in forest area. Air Conditioning in Hotel isn't the best, it is just sufficient, but room remains warm. No restaurants other than hotel's own restaurants. Expect to pay slightly more for hotel food. "You will find that your Expedia reservation nonexistent. After hours stranded in lobby, the hotel offers our rooms at their will. Beware! many basic amenities in room will be charged."

"Huge lobby with lots of retail shops. The lobby restaurant serves a great buffet breakfast. The surrounding area has lots of shopping with a large shopping mall across the street. The service was excellent."
