"After paying premium price if you need to use the SPA or Jacuzzi you need to book 15-30 minutes early and they charge Rs 7000/ per session 15 minutes. Didn’t think it was worth. "

"If you are looking for a hotel nearby the national park, look no further as this place is perfect You will be sunbathing watching crocodiles in the lake(it’s safe, don’t worry!!) admiring the sunset with the buffaloes and keep hoping an elephant will pop in. The rooms are spectacular,spacious and very very clean. The buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is yummy and with a variety I haven’t seen before. But the highlight of this hotel is the staff. We had the best people looking after us and this was the best thing!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. From dining under the stars by candlelight in the national park to waking up in the heart of the bush in our gorgeous accommodation- it was magical. Breakfast in the treetops was an unforgettable experience, and the entire setting felt like something out of a dream. The staff were attentive to our every need, and a special mention goes to Robbie, who was simply amazing throughout our stay. This place is an absolute must when visiting Yala. We can’t wait to return!"

"Outstanding hotel! Loved everything about it. We were visiting for 1 night to do the safari (which was also fab) but wished we stayed another night just to chillax!! Was nicely surprised that their dining prices were no more expensive (in fact cheaper in some cases) than other equivalent properties in Sri Lanka given the remoteness & no other options! Food & staff were great. Lovely pool. Highly recommend."

Very clean hotel, very polite staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Weerawila. "The hotel and staff are amazing! They were so attentive to our needs and everything was so clean. The hotel had great communication with us through the Expedia app. We able to meet at a local temple for a late hour pick up. The drive in by jeep as the hotel is on the edge of the park! I can’t wait to go again!"

"This is an amazing hotel, everything is very special. Rooms are clean and spacious and with lovely views and lots of natural light. The facilities such as the pool and the spa are fantastic. The restaurant really yummy and lovely atmosphere. The staff members are extraordinary. Our son doesn’t want to go anywhere else 😂. He keeps saying, nothing is like the HiltonYala ❤️"
