"Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay"

"Enjoyed the stay. Hotel has nice clean rooms and front desk service is great. Location is not ideal since it’s a 10-minute bus ride to city centre. However, it compensates this with the bus stop just in front of the hotel and the e-bike rental. Hotel even offers a laundry service both should purchase new machines."

"Room was clean and comfortable Sauna facility was very nice .and location is perfect. Front desk male Clark was very unpleasant I Asked if they have any Ice ,he almost shouted me that they don’t have any ice "
