It was a pleasure to meet Lisa and Gabbie, and it was clear that they take great pride in thieir property -- as they should -- because it is extraordinary! "We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. Nearby Abtenau also has a great pool with slides too, for the kids. Salzburg & Berchtesgarten are easily accessible as well. We would recommend a holiday at this chalet to anyone (e.g. family &...

"Fantastic hosts - provided everything we needed as well as helpful advice and great attention to detail. From fresh flowers and a homemade cake upon our arrival to information about the area. High quality typical Austrian property - complete with several ceramic stoves - wonderfully soft beds. The view of the mountains from the house and private garden are spectacular. Best feature : bikes for our party of 9 to explore the beautifully serene countryside around Golling. One week was far too short...
