"I stayed at Lotte City Hotel for 13 days (5/14 - 5/27). I had a surgery and needs quite and convenient place to recovery. I have a very good view from my room window and the place is very quiet. The housekeeping crew did a very good job as well. I also enjoyed the Mall, it has all kinds of restaurants, coffee and bakery shops and stores. I will stay in Lotte when I come back in Ocober, 2024"

The hotel also has a laundry room and fitness center as well as a convenience store. Staff were super friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay."

"Its right next to a subway and a couple.good parks. Plenty of places to eat & shop and see across the street and within a half mile walking distance. Nice facility overall. "
