Staff are friendly and helpful. The room service food was amazing!! Best I have ever had we had the ribeye 2x in a row with there fried chicken and fries meal. Room comes with a couple free beverages. Be prepared to bring your own toothbrush and do paint as they are not complementary nor do they offer any disposable amenities like hello love I’m writing a review about the hotel.

The property was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The amenities, such as the outdoor pool, were unfortunately closed. Coffee/ cafes did not open until 9am making it challenging for early risers like myself. The dinner options closed early without many healthy options and no take away options. For the price paid I would choose another hotel nearby in the future.

We had an amazing trip! Although we only stayed one day prior to leaving in ICN the day after our stay we were able to enjoy multiple aspects of the hotel, including the food court, the restaurants, the internal hotel spa, the small museum, like exhibits throughout, and our very favorite CIMER spa and aqua Park! THE HOTEL IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Great for families, couples and even just a quick getaway.

Amazing hotel with equally amazing staff

Beautiful and large area that is right next to the airport. Staff is quick, courteous and tends to all your needs without asking. They took our bags for us upon arrival, gave us a room upgrade for free, and called a cab for us when we left. Hotel provides a vast array of things to do and see as well to occupy a large amount of your day

The hotel location is great as a transit to Incheon Airport. What lacked were as following: 1. Lack of information on how to get to the hotel from Gimpo airport. It was fortunate to use the shuttle service, which appears to operate few times a day only, but this was not easy to find a location. 2. From the expedia booking, it was adults only. But the hotel was filled with family and children. Unsure what was the purpose of this indication. Regardless, the facility is great and as a short get-away, it was good to see displays, sculptures, etc. The hotel staff were also helpful and friendly.
