"Staff was absolutely helpful , they are wonderful! Property is an older building, and their air conditioning system needs to be upgraded or redone, as room never really cools off. We enjoyed their food, service was excellent, kind and carrying staff. Main complain is Air conditioning. Thank you for a great experience ! ❤️"

"I liked the decorations inside the lobby, it felt like cheerful welcome! The staff was professional, kind and helpful. The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast buffet was also good. The pool and gym were a little small but were overall nice."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay, we didn’t encounter any issues and the staff was friendly. This is an all inclusive, however, the liquor/ cocktail servings were really small, the food was well prepared but it wasn’t anything special. The price was low in comparison to the other hotels, so it was no surprise that it wasn’t as nice as the other places we have stayed before. "

"We loved everything about our stay here! The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The food and cocktails were all fantastic. The building and grounds were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were well appointed with amenities... robes, slippers, mini bar, nice turn down service, good products, safe, nice closet space, and so on. We had a massage and facial in the spa, and those were all excellent as well. The spa has a steam room and is very nice; the service is excellent. It does not have a ton of amenities (hot tub, sauna, etc). Even the pool chaises were gorgeous. The butler was very responsive. We looked at the other nice hotels while there... this was by far the prettiest one and best located. It is not directly in the middle of shopping, etc, but it is close to everything. The top restaurants were an easy walk. Having Uber sevice was huge too, though we only needed it a few times this was so close to everything. Honestly perfect on every metric, we hope to be back! Even the breakfast buffet and service were lovely and decadent. "
