"hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart...

"Lovely quaint hotel. Parking area is quite small so recommend a small hire car. I was lucky to get a room with a balcony. Staying on business so no time for sightseeing. Food in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good with the offer of cooked food to order."

"This hotel is very beautiful inside! The overstuffed sofas in the lobby area are so inviting and comfortable. The receptionist that welcomed us was a very distinguished gentleman who answered all our questions and was friendly. Our room was full of color and welcoming. The bathroom is very clean and spotless. In the morning I took pictures of our place throughout the inside. The shade in the bedroom didn’t work and thus made it difficult to open the window, but I was able to make it work. ( there is no A/C). The best part of our overnight stay was the free breakfast. Everything was delicious and perfect in every way (the hotels in the USA could learn something). Hot dishes were hot. Delicious coffee!! Everything was fresh and tasty. The variety of foods was astounding!! Bless the two ladies that kept the food coming and the eating area clean. "
