"Went for a week in the beautiful Carcassonne. The hotel was in a perfect location and the rooms and bar were lovely. The housekeeping came and cleaned up the rooms and put new towels in the every day! I especially liked the Google Chromecast! Came in very useful. "

"The location was great and the staff was very kind and helpful. The logistics of getting to the hotel could be a bit more descriptive as it’s a little tricky! But once we found the correct parking lot we were well taken care of and the really nice crew got us up to the hotel in the old city. Those guys work hard and are so helpful! "This place is top notch. We regret not having dined there but the pool area and breakfast areas are stunning and the staff from David who brings you to the hotel from the parking to Patricia at front desk and the rest of the staff it’s just splendid. 5 stars well earned. I will be back."

"Located within minutes of the walled city. Nicely furnished and decorated room. Close to the river and bridge across to the new city. Easy to walk to the lovely shopping areas."

"A lovely hotel with very close proximity to the castle gate . Safe and private parking Very helpful staff .We didn’t use the restaurant at all so I can’t comment on that . Gorgeous chilled ,cat , Pom-pom asleep in the reception ."

"Our room was large but basic but well priced. Pool was nice and brekky was good. The staff were good. The ad showed a sitting area in the lobby which we were planning on using but were told on arrival it was a private area - this aspect dissappointed us. I think a car is neccessary when staying here"
