"Shower water pressure and hot water were not great. Gym was old and only had 1 free weight for certain weights. hallways feel old. Convenience store in the lobby is convenient. Only indian food within walking distance."

"Location was good, however, the hotel was dated and underwhelming. It was not very clean and there were bugs (ant like in the rooms). This was a budget hotel so I recognize it is not a Hilton, however, I did expect a bit better. "

"Initially I wanted to go for a trip by car but I was too late to get both the air ticket and the rental car reservation as I wanted. So I went for a city trip to Hakodate on foot and by public transport. This is very well possible by the famous tramway and buses too. "

"Check in and out services are good. Meals arrangements can be improved, especially the 3days advance notice for dinner should be informed in advance. We arrived on a Monday, and was informed majority of the restaurants are closed!"
