"It’s a scam. There were no rooms or even a booking after we made our reservations on the app. The owner told us they had switched administration but weren’t told about our reservation made two months before and so had overbooked our rooms. They tried to make us cancel our reservation so that we couldn’t get a refund. Both the previous owner and the new one are scamming people together, as one of the employees told us it had happened before."
