"Had to ask twice within a couple of hours to get an extra 2 coffee mugs & 2 extra towels for all 4 guests staying. They only provided enough for 2 guests. Otherwise, the service was really good & comfortable. The Bell Boys did an excellent job! Top work guys! 🙌"

"Beautiful !. Located literally across the street from the cruise ship terminal. If you book and upgrade to the gold floor which is the 8th floor, you can schedule with the concierge at the 9th floor which is only accessible to gold floor customers, to have bell hops take your luggage over and have delivered to your cruise's luggage drop off area. From there the cruise personnel will deliver it to your room. It absolutely makes the cruise checking experience a breeze. You will also have access to a delicious complimentary breakfast at the gold club, light lunch items and delicious canapes at around 6pm. The extra amenities are well worth the upgrade that is around 160 dollars. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. We had a view of the harbor and the city because of the floor to ceiling bay windows. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and natural free toiletries that are free of toxins. The entire staff is courteous, accommodating and genuinely caring. All this made for wonderful experience. "

"Overwhelmingly mesmerizing property. Every detail of the building is a piece of art. The location is the best in Banff with easy walking along the Bow river to downtown. Customer service in every area is exceptional. Try Stock cafe in the lobby area for great food and big smiles. Bathrooms are small, but this is a minor compromise for staying in a historical, beautiful hotel. "
