"I arrived early and was able to check in straight away, lovely location and room had everything you needed! Very comfy bed and friendly staff! My only niggle would be that the shower pressure wasn’t very powerful at all but it was enough for a quick shower!"
"Fantastic traditional B&B close the centre of Dawlish and a short walk from all transport options.
We booked last minute but the hosts Ian and Nikki were pleased to accommodate us and provided comfortable clean rooms and a delicious award winning breakfast. Only caveat is the car park is relatively tight and might present a problem for drivers of larger SUVs but Ian was on hand upon arrival to greet arriving guests and ensure the parking worked out.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely stop again for a next trip to Dawlish."

Bus stop just outside which made getting around nearby Dawlish Warren easy etc only a few mins walk to Dawlish town and a pub with good food 4 min walk. "This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open.
