Unfortunately, our stay started out rocky as the room was not ready for us to enter it for our 4 pm check in time. The staff explained that the previous people checked out extremely late; however, they waived our parking fee for the night (and juice), which was appreciated but still a bit inconvenient for us. The suite was large and the view was astounding! Full view of English Bay, Stanley Park in the near distance "
