"Overall, it was good with lovely staff. The hotel is under renovation so the temporary lobby is at the back. The blind in our room worked with some effort and we had no hanging closet area. We had an accessible room without us requesting one. Although the breakfast was good, we felt that the charge of $12.99 per person was high when other hotel chains offer a similar breakfast without charge. "

"The best part is Alexis, the front desk manager. The lobby was under construction and she had minimal space in which to work and to make the best of a bad situation. She took very, very good care of us. The breakfast was good given the makeshift breakfast area. One thing to note is that right now, there is no place to sit while waiting to check in or out. Our room was lovely and we were offered a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. "
