"My gripe is the advertised room price doesn't mean anything. When the added fees are counted (such as the resort fee), the cost can be almost twice as much. The resort fee is ridiculous since it is really just a typical Embassey Suites with a better breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was mixed. The lead reception person was great. The others were dull. An aside it is a solid 15 minute walk to the closest resturant. Okay with me, but note you are no where near the...

"Very clean, modern design. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the cafe in the lobby. One-minute walk to the beach. Resort wasn’t crowded. Had a problem with my suitcase and maintenance came up right away and helped fix the issue. Would recommend this resort if you like a low key vibe and easy access to beach/pool. "

"Everyone complains about the elevator it isn’t bad sometimes it takes a few minutes but if you’re that concerned use the stairs quit being lazy. Other than that it’s amazing Walmart across the street. Good restaurant down the road as well "

"The unit had plenty of space and a lovely view. Kitchen worked well, although it could use more pots/pans if you plan on cooking meals there over a longer stay. Some reviews have complained about the elevators, but only once did we have a long wait around 10:30 in the morning. The beach was very crowded but that was to be expected around spring break time. "We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time."
