"The room was very spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning. A restaurant, McDonald's, and Wendy's are within walking distance, less than 3 minutes walking. My thanks and congratulations to Nestor Prado at the front desk for his excellent service, costume service, and professionalism. I'm not giving it 5 stars because upon check-in, I found used cream, shampoo, condition and toilet paper in the room, which I put them in a bag and handed it to the front desk."

"I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. At check-in, Caesar made the whole process smooth and easy—such great service! After checking out, my husband realized he had accidentally left some of his high-end clothes in the room. We immediately called the hotel, and Linda reassured us that they had found the items. To our relief, the hotel sent his clothes back to us promptly and with great care. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service from the entire team. We’ll definitely be staying here again!"
