"Everything was great"

"The pools were beautiful. Grounds were lovely. Lots of chairs at the pool. Room was very comfortable. Staff was nice. The beach looked amazing but $32 a day for an umbrella plus between $10 and $32 per day for a chair each plus gratuity per day was out of our budget. I was annoyed with it. The bathroom fan was extremely loud. And the eggs they served were not real, they were egg beaters."

"The place was really nice, but the internet was terrible. I booked two rooms for two nights, what a disaster with the management and the system. One foot does not listen to the other. They need to fix that. Otherwise the place is great. Perfect area to walk and good food in the area. For the internet and a great meal, I recommend Para Vida. "

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"I split time between Pier 66 and Four Seasons on Ft Lauderdale beach. Both are excellent with superior staff and assistance. As for Pier 66 tremendous location on intracoastal and main highway expands over intracoastal using the best but busy 17th street causeway. Views of harbor, ocean and surrounding view of Harbor beach from an incredible 365 view in tower. (It circles by the hour) The location provides 5 star pool, restaurants, and marina that have so many options you never have to leave the location. Room was clean, well built with large TV, beautiful view and porch for evening. Most part quiet with all activity around area. So if you want top shelf 24/7 location reside at Pier 66 it’s all included."
