"Property was as advertised. Small by American standards but comfortable for 4 adults. The only issue we had was with the building air conditioning. With the western glass wall, it was uncomfortably warm in the afternoon and evening. There was a split duct air conditioner in one bedroom but the other had only a fan. The unit did not appear to have a separate thermostat for the unit. All in all, we would stay there again."

"The apartment on Hobson Street was perfect for our time spent in Auckland. We appreciated the very convenient location for walking to the Sky Tower and the harbor area. Uber pick-up for other activities was easy with the pull-in lane in front of the building. Apartment furnishings were very complete and comfortable, and the space was quite adequate for three adults. "A nice place to stay in the middle of Auckland. It was a bit hard to find at first, but we got there. Car parking was a bit hairy with a big car but manageable and it was good to find a place that offered parking. Stayed with our teenagers in separate rooms. The higher floor had great views and was quiet but the lower floor had no view and was very noisy, at times sounding like people were standing right outside our windows even with the window closed. No rubbish bin in one of the room....
