"Check in and check out was not very good. They gave me keys with number which is not the room number, we have to call them to find out which room is. Luckily we arrived in business hours. We need to leave keys in bench top. However you need keys to get out of the building. I have to wait inside until somebody opens the gate to get out. "

"We loved how it was near both the hot springs and the beach. The fireplace kept us warm and made the night feel extra cosy."

"The house fulfilled our needs and expectations - it was clean and tidy and had all the requirements for a short stay. However, as it is run by a corporate property management company the facilities are functional and equipment is minimal - just what you would need but no more.The house itself was fine, but the process of trying to book the property was horrendous and if it wasn't such a short notice booking, we would have gone elsewhere.
