"We reached the property at 5am as Mr and buddy were working the day before. Upon arrival we were greeted by this gentleman called Arvi I think and he asked for id and made copy of the id then asked for credit card was planning on making a copy of the cc which is very bizarre. I have never experienced something like this before but I was told this was policy. The day staff is much more likable. The lady working early morning ( Cindy) omg so helpful. Thanks a lot Cindy. "

"I am a double amputee in a wheelchair and your handicapped room was the best i have ever stayed in. The issue i had was with the size of the bench in the shower, it needed to be bigger. the room was spacious and got around inside easily. the staff were very nice and accommodating. I had family with me who are not handicapped and they loved it as well. Thank you"
