"We have stayed here before. Whenever we come back to NY we book this VRBO. Joe the owner is a great guy very patient and helpful. The property has always been immaculate. The location is great. Close to all shopping and great restaurants. Highways and parkways are very easy to get to. You have a reserved parking spot in front of the garage which is awesome especially if you’re out a little late you always have a place to park. There is what I call “The Veranda”. It’s an area outside the front door which sits about 15’ above street level. Nice to sit out at night and have a cocktail before bed. I highly recommend this property. "
"You will be pleasantly satisfied with the service and stay. Check in was quick and welcoming. Room had the amenities needed for the stay. The comp breakfast was a bonus with select choices of cold to hot food, just be there btwn 6am-10am. And as much as I wanted to stay another day, I had to go and check out was another quick process. I will be visiting again in the future!"

"This was an unexpected trip due to a death in the family. Considering we didn't plan to travel to NYC, we were happily surprised this house was equipped with everything we needed, from new kitchen appliances like air fryer, rice cooker, and crockpot to hair dryer, garment steamer, plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. The beds, sheets and pillows were hotel quality. The house was comfortable and homey. Plus it had parking! It's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It's a five to ten minute drive from supermarkets and major retail stores. The host was quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Did I mention the house was very, very clean? We are extremely grateful to have found this place. "

"I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor next door and visit her garden. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. Roberta and Martin are outstanding hosts that provided me and my family with any help, requests and information as needed. They are very responsive and my son spent time playing and enjoying the outdoors with their kids. They also offered us to join a barbecue gathering that they put together with family, friends and kids. Which my son had a blast. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. The amenities worked perfectly and Roberta included a few extra kids toys and things knowing we had a toddler. That was a very courteous touch of her. My overall experience was GREAT and I Highly recommend it!"
