"The hotel lacked the polished service and five-star finesse one would reasonably expect, particularly within the restaurant and lounge areas. The experience culminated in one guest leaving without dining at all while the remainder of the party had already eaten. In addition, the spa facilities were disappointing, with the jacuzzi not fully functional and used towels left around the area by guests, creating an untidy and poorly maintained environment. "
