Staff let me in and confirmed that all reservations had been transferred to Holiday Inn, Wembley, but this had not been communicated ahead of my trip and I had no choice but to accept the transfer. "We arrived early, without notice, and with a load of request, as my elderly mother was with us. We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. " Not sure if they’ve recently remodeled but I don’t understand the negative reviews. The room itself was just standard. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the bridge was spectacular. The paid breakfast was great. I had some issues with the shower and the restaurant was just meh. But I would happily stay there again. You can’t beat the location. "
