"The staff was absolutely amazing. When I was lost at midnight, I called Corinne and she talked me through step by step directions. The breakfast staff was absolutely incredible:friendly, fun, and super helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the porridge was the best I’ve ever had. If I could improve one thing, it would be that our bed was very hard, but that could be easily remedied with a pillow top mattress pad. This hotel was perfect for a stay in the Cotswolds!"

"Charming inn right at the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. It was a short walk to the shops and pubs/restaurants of the town. Chose it because it had a room that would accommodate three ladies on our little tour of the Cotswolds. Our room had two separate bedrooms, one with a large bed and then another with two twin beds. Bathroom was updated and roomy with a full tub and shower. Would be perfect for a family also. The inn was built in 1698 and has historical charm, but was nicely renovated. Lovely restaurant which we didn't have a chance to try, and a sitting area where we had coffee. Everyone was lovely and kind. Would highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay and loved the cottage! Very clean and close to so much! As Americans we forgot that we had to bring soaps and shampoos! Thankfully, the little store on High St was still open and we got what we needed! Train and bus service to get there from London was easy for us to navigate! We have had a lovely stay in your beautiful country and we hope we can return again!"

"Location is great. Few blocks from town center and very quiet. Studio upstairs from bedroom with two sofa’s and large TV. Very comfortable. Owner helpful to arrange for a taxi to next village. Improvements could be for towel racks in bathroom, bigger shelf(s) for toiletries, plugin’s for electrical adaptor next to bed."

"My 3 daughters and I loved our Dirham Suite because of the gorgeous view, lovely sitting area, comfy beds, spaciousness, and perfect location in town. Complimentary room service breakfast was an added bonus. Check-in was done completely online before arrival, and instructions were emailed to me a couple days before, so it was simple enough. The only negatives that might cause someone to hesitate in staying here are that there is no on-site parking and no elevators for easily transporting luggage up the flights of stairs. Don’t let that sway you away though. It is a beautiful spot, and paid parking can be found nearby. We did have one issue while staying: The morning we were to check out, we woke up with no running water in our bathroom. This meant we couldn’t wash, brush teeth, shower, or flush toilets. We found a phone number online, since there is not a front desk on-site. The gentleman we spoke to was friendly and apologetic and said that maintenance would come check on things. An hour later, we hadn’t heard from anyone, and we had to get on the road so we just left. Overall, though, that didn’t mar our experience, and we would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Cotswolds."

"We spent a week at the well cottage, my husband and I and our 30 yr old daughter. While we walked and explored the area our daughter had to work remotely. The cottage while cosy worked perfectly for our set up. Often at the end of her work week she would don her running shoes and find a trail and meet us for dinner in a nearby village. Bourton on the water is very centrally located. Our weather started out wet and cold so the fireplace was most welcome but by the end of the week it was very warm outside and nice and cool inside. The host dawn was wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend"

"This house is amazing! It is in the center of Bourton-on-the Water. Ideal for the shops, restaurants and pubs. It is a beautiful house with a front garden overlooking the river and a back patio. 2 car parks also. It felt like home and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.Highly recommend!"
