"We had a wonderful time staying at The Staircase and would highly recommend a visit! The holiday home was welcoming, spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was in an excellent location as we had everything Stow-on-the-Wold had to offer on our doorstep. We had no trouble finding a parking space which was only a short walk away. Communication with both our host and the holiday agency was efficient and helpful. We would be very happy to visit again in the future"

"Excellent location in the heart of Stow. Fantastic staff, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room at back of courtyard behind the main tearoom. Clean, comfortable and quirky. My only criticism is the lack of noise insulation between the two rooms; we could hear everything from the room below, even just two people talking. Fantastic breakfast. I’d have given this 5 stars throughout had the room been adequately insulated."

"Quaint old stone cottage style building with lots of history, beautifully preserved and decorated. Very comfortable bedding, modern shower with push button control. Conveniently located to town center, shopping, and bus stop. Restaurant on site was excellent as well. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. "

"The flat was beautiful! It was SO well equipped and the beds were SO comfortable. The entrance smelt a little fusty, but when inside the flat, it was stunning and clean. It was a little disappointing being able to check in at 5pm and the TV didn’t have all UK channels/apps. The shower in the main bedroom also spurted out hot, boiling water randomly then went cold. Overall, it was lovely."

"We had a delightful stay right in the heart of the Cotswolds. There was a small hiccup on arrival as we didn’t initially receive the check-in codes, but we were able to resolve it. If you’re travelling internationally, it’s worth having a phone available to call for urgent assistance just in case. Once checked in, we carried our bags upstairs, noting there is no lift, but it was manageable. The room itself was cosy and warm, perfect for the cooler evenings, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The private bathroom was also clean and pleasant. The instructions provided for the location and parking were very accurate. We parked safely overnight on Sheep Street close to the accommodation, then moved the car to the 72-hour car park near Tesco, which was about an 8-minute walk away. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with clear guidance that made getting around easy."

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The room was good, can tell it's an old building as the floor was not level, which effected the bed, but was still okay. The amenities were good, our coffee machine wasnt working, but when i saw one of th The hotel has very little parking, enough for 5/6 cars, however there is a public car park right next to the hotel, which is free for an overnight stay. Check in was smooth."

"A very welcoming cottage with all the amenities you need to make for a very enjoyable stay. Location is great within a very short walking distance to the centre of town. Parking is very secure within a gated area with ample space for 2 cars. I would highly recommend this cottage and hope to return one day, overall a great stay."
