"We based ourselves at this great Villa in a leafy lane very close to Moliets and its beach. This large villa easily accommodated 7 'hairy legged golfers' and at no point did we ever feel crowded. There is plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and al freco dining area proved to be very popular after our rounds of golf. The villa is fully equipped to allow you to 'dine in' and the BBQ was put to use. There are plenty of local restaurants too. This is an ideal Villa for family and friends...

Each bedroom has good facilities - an ensuite shower room and a good sized wardrobe with adequate space for holiday clothes, including hangers. "Our family have all loved our two weeks in this beautiful house with plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed its perfect location with an easy cycle ride to the beautiful sandy beach and to the cycle path through the pine forests. We all made the most of the crystal clear swimming pool and secluded outdoor area. The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We were very happy that we were able to hold our booking over the pandemic and it was definitely worth waiting...

"Lovely house, in a quiet cul-de-sac but in a central location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The Villa is modern, very clean and well maintained and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Recommend you rent bikes to take advantage of the fantastic bike routes around Capbreton"

"A beautiful and stylishly appointed property in a quiet, green canal side location. The lounge, kitchen and outside terrace were particularly spacious. Everything was supplied from a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave to bikes and a canoe. The owners were obviously and justifiably proud of their creation. Locally there were safe lakeside beaches with picnic areas and an excellent supermarket. A little further and you can easily get to the stylish Arcachon, oyster "shacks" in Teste,...

"Nice property. short walk to the beach and the village. we were there in June and the weather was not great. still enough to do in the village. Smell from the paper factory was not a problem when we were there. The house is well equipped. and comfortable. room for 8 people to sleep. The beaches are fantastic and the village is very nice, its a very relaxing place and very safe."
