"The house was nice and cosy. Big advantage is the location. Close to the beach , but still your private spot. For us an extra advantage has been the fast charger at the carrefour supermarket within 2 minutes, ideally for people with electric vehicles. Last but not least , the owners are very kind and communicate very well. We recommend this house to all people , with kids , who want to enjoy the beach and like to have a quiet place as well. "Very comfortable, great outside area and well equipped! Very suitable for families. The beds were also very comfortable. Christelle, the landlord, is very friendly and supportive! The only "downer" is the smell of the paper fabrique nearby but it is luckily not constantly. Thank you ahain, we had a very great time!"

"The house with a large garden is located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, the sea and the center of Mimizane plage can be reached very quickly by bike. Uncomplicated and very nice landlord, we were allowed to use everything that was in the house. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, especially the kitchen, left something to be desired. The beds were perfect (size and matress), although the bedrooms are a bit small. The wardrobes are big enough to store all the luggage and clothes.
