"the house is equipped with everything you could wish for. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are super comfortable, I've rarely slept so well. There's even a Playstation if it rains :) la maison est équipée de tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. La cuisine ne laisse rien à désirer. "A great holiday house with modern interior and appliances, very well appointed for a group of friends ( or extended family ) The pool is fabulous and there are different options for relaxing and dining outside in the sun or shade …if not at the beach. Lovely secluded quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to beach, shops, bike hire ,restaurants and golf. Very friendly and helpful owner and check in/out staff"

"We had an excellent week with two families sharing the barn. There is plenty of room for 10 people, with a great pool, table tennis and good size garden. Mimizan is 5 minutes in the car with everything you might need. The beach is about 10 minutes drive with sand for miles in both directions. The area is very flat and forested and would be great for biking. Definitely recommended."

Drive to beach through pine tree forest. Nice house with complete privacy and everything one needs in a holiday house.
