"Communication, responsiveness, friendliness of staff inc. ladies at the office, the pool man, the gardener, cleaner ladies etc. The villa was exceptionally clean on arrival, very well equipped and had a beautiful feel to it. "Trés bon séjour dans une villa spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle. Une vue imprenable sur le Penon !! Photos fidèles à la réalité. Communication très facile et rapide avec agence Costa Carpe Diem. Quartier très calme avec la possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la propriété. Points faibles : 2 chambres sur 4 seulement avec climatisation et vaisselle un peu "vieillotte" !"

"Solo comentaros, que la localización es excelente, igual que la terraza, piscina y jardín. Pero, muy malo la infraestructura mobiliaria, muebles rotos, la sombrilla de la piscina rota, los cubiertos para comer lamentables. En síntesis, por lo que cobran deben mejorar la gestión, de mobiliario, aire acondicionado que no hay, etc. "

"Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence.
