"Communication with property manager was exellent. She was always there to answer any enquiry. In regards to the house itself, I think it should be cleaned more before guest come in and there should defenetly be air conditioning as the fans do not ventilate what so ever. Maybe more money should be spent towards the maintenance of this property. "

"Stayed here 9th till 16th September. Great communication from owner from the start. A very impressive villa in an elevated position. Driveway very steep. Quiet area 10 minute drive to a choice of supermarket's. Villa immaculately clean, everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms all comfortable master bedroom oversized bed/room/ensuite 5 star. Outside area great for sunbathing, pool deep so fine for our needs but for young children shallow end shelves away quickly. Bar area with fridge ideal...

"The property was beautiful and the managers and host were amazing, the communication couldn't have been better. They replied fast and were very helpful. My only negative was that the location was further away from things than we thought and we ended up having to get taxis everywhere as there was little to no public transport and with 2 children in the heat, the walking was just too much. So I would definitely recommend hiring a car."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. The host was extremely helpful and allowed us to check in earlier than planned. When we reported a fault with the shower it was fixed very quickly. The outdoor space is lovely and suited our party perfectly. It is quite close to the town and within walking distance of the beach. A lovely stay."

"We rented this beautiful property in early September and it was fabulous, the views are beyond belief. very well equipped and a good size lovely owners live downstairs very friendly, however I speak no German and they speak no English. no English telly but that does not matter, not much in the way of bars etc for a bit of a drive but we thoroughly enjoyed our whole stay."

"Très belle vue mais location loin de la mer, les jeunes ne pouvaient pas sortir à pieds le soir. Équipement rustique… Peut être faut-il préciser le nombres de marches pour les personnes ayant des difficultés (mobilité, problèmes cardiaques et enfants en bas âge…) Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une piscine au top. On ne se lasse pas de la vue !"

"The villa was nice and clean upon arrival. One if the queen size beds had a broken frame that made it squeek and feel uncomfortable. When we notified the host, it was taken care of immediately. Helpful and friendly staff. Pool area is very nice. The kitchen is a bit worn down, drawers are falling apart. There are enough glasses, plates etc, but a variation of styles. Aircon in EVERY bedroom, very nice! Plenty of bath rooms. Only one towel per person, its a good idea to bring bring beach towels....

"Good space for 11 of us. House decoration dated and needs money spent on it to modernise it. Lighting not so good in some rooms. Outside tiles very slippery when wet, dangerous for the little ones. Location of property good. We were able to walk to beach, supermarket and town. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool nice. Kids pool too deep for them. Overall for what we paid a good house with lots of space. Just a bit dated."

"Stayed in this villa on our second week in Costa blanca. We were on a cycling holiday. Lovely villa and great views. Within walking distance of a supermarket up hill and walking distance into town. Only thing we lost internet after 3 days or very slow. This happened on our first weeks stay in Denia so might be a network problem. Other than that had a great stay with fantastic weather for the end of October."

"Excellent séjour à Calp, qui nous connaissons désormais bien. Maison très agréable, assez vaste pour 6, très bien entretenue, et correctement équipée. Un sacré + avec la climatisation, qui permet de passer des nuits plus reposantes au frais. Petit lotissement charmant et calme. Piscine commune vaste et accueillante. Emplacement au calme, mais à moins de 10 minutes de la plage à pied, sans pente. Je recommande chaudement !"
