"My partner and I stayed at a Tucson location 3 weeks while I finished a travel nursing contract. It truly had a ‘resort’ feel. We had a full breakfast daily and a free (1 drink each) daily happy hour! We hung out during the days at the pool/hot tub tropical oasis after morning desert hikes. These trailheads were a short drive away. The room by the pool was remodeled and had a great bed! Housekeeping began ignoring our room after the first several days of our ‘do-not-disturb’ sign hanging outside. When we actually needed them the rest of our time, we had to be very deliberate to get service to our room; this being the only complaint."

"This hotel greets you with a friendly smile. They will do their best and usually they will honor any special requests you might have and have done so for me. Say you like the top floor or not near the elevator? Sometimes ppl don’t ask because usually requests do not even get seen by most hotels. And requests usually get denied. But here, they not only read those boxes, they will accommodate. Within reason. They will try and accommodate and they have for me and it’s appreciated when they actually read those “any special requests?” boxes!"
