"Nice property with pool and workout facilities and nearby trails. While some furniture could be updated (dining and TV tables), beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Appreciated communications from the property manager, although had some difficulty with VRBO app."

"Ditto many of the positive comments in other reviews plus folowing are some critiques & suggestions... PROS: Very responsive customer service (via phone and text.) Helped us with various questions, including our request for early checkin and with wifi login. Appreciated complimentary bottles of water chilling in the fridge (although would prefer alternatives to plastic bottles.) Nice firm beds, good linens, plenty of towels for bath and pool. LOCATION: We chose this rental due to close...

"We loved the view of the canyon. It was so quiet we sat on the patio and enjoyed the sunrise and the birds. We sat at the quiet pool in the afternoon after having close access to many trails. Great location! Clean, cozy, convenient."

"The location and condo was perfect for us. Nice pool. The host was very easy to communicate with. She reached out to let us know the washing machine had broken (long story) she offered to pay for us to have our laundry done. Our host did a great job trying to solve the situation and we ended up not needing the laundry service. I will stay here again! Hopefully for an even longer stay next time!!"

"Linda was great! Her communications were proactive and very considerate. The place was immaculate. Great design and use of the space. Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!"

"The property was very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable, very modern and in a great neighborhood of Tucson. Its within a short walk to upscale shops, restaurants etc. one minor note is that it is hard to find the entrance to the property from the msin street. The dign is small and unlit. But definitely a great rental experience overall! absolutely perfect!"

"We used this apartment as one of our many stops around the AZ national parks. The apartment has all of the basics covered and was a comfortable stay. The views were pretty of the mountains nearby. My only feedback would be to give clearer directions of where the trash/recycling is held as I dug through emails from the building to find that information."

"This property is phenomenal and very clean. On the other hand, I was taken a back by all the rules. It's a little weird to pay top dollar including cleaning fees and then be asked to clean the property with threats of possible extra fees. Including taking the trash out to the curve. I don't know but for this price, some sort of service should be included and not asked of. Very stressful to have to remember to clean and take out trash on graduation day..."
