"This property is lovely, immaculately clean, and has fantastic service. While we were there, one dining/bar option was closed for renovation, but they communicated that several times so we wouldn't be disappointed. The property feels indulgent and luxurious but doesn't have the huge, majestic feeling of other resorts. Instead, it feels cozy (even though it's large), and the service was truly unmatched. I can't wait to go back when the Cascade Lounge renovations are complete because that space looks amazing."

"The front staff is courteous and very quick with my check in (even though it’s late at night). 3 Palms also located in a fairly quiet and affluent part of town (near Catalina Foot’s Hill north). During my stay I’ve seen multiple police cruisers roaming patrolling (similar to other parts of North Tucson). Checkout is also brief as well. My only concern is the walk around the property to access my room (third floor room through multiple hallways). Parking can also fill up if the hotel is busy. Overall, it’s great and will stay here again "
