"Such a fun hotel. Chic without being pretentious. Loved the room (so grateful for the water), and the restaurant/bar on the roof was great with amazing views of Tucson. The pool was beautiful, and the view of the Santa Catalina Mountains was awesome. The self parking option is KEY and so helpful. The proximity to U of A cannot be beat. Everything is walkable to restaurants and shopping, and the free bus/trolley to 4th is so helpful. The *only* things I felt needed attention are the bathroom...

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"Terrific place to stay when you are engaging with U of A and any local businesses. Very centrally located and easy to access anything in the are of the university. One word of caution: parking is at a premium in the area. Very little street parking available. Garage parking is $23 a night while valet is $28. It was a bit unstructured when we arrived late on a week day, which is being kind. Your mileage may vary. Everything else was spot on. Refurbished Embassy Suites building it appears....

"I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk person was very nice. There were a lot of sirens at night but you couldn't hear them inside the room. The room was also very cute it had Dinosaurs on the walls and my daughter loved it! She also loved that there were board games in our room for her to play. The only negative was: The pool said it was heated but it wasn't and water was freezing cold."

"This is the second Springhill Suites by Marriott we've stayed at (the first being in Verde Valley in July 2025). Absolutely cookie-cutter replica, and we loved it. Tons of room in the 2 bed queen + sofa bed, close to multiple restaurants, and staff was very kind."

"The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

"Rooms are exactly like the pictures absolutely amazing. I rented king room with jacuzzi in the room which was amazing. Cute bar and restaurant on site. Good food, friendly staff and great guest service. Dinner was a little pricey but definitely worth it atmosphere was great. So nice I decided to stay an extra night 🌙"
