"Stayed one night. All staff very helpful. Had a delicious dinner at the Lounge and watched Jays baseball on large screen TV. Comfy clean room with view of marina. Unfortunately, must pay for parking our rental car. "

"Cleanliness was top - I had single room with hallway bathroom and was concerned but everything turned out to be squeaky clean. Location is very central, walkable to entertainment venues. Great value for money!"

"Beautiful !. Located literally across the street from the cruise ship terminal. If you book and upgrade to the gold floor which is the 8th floor, you can schedule with the concierge at the 9th floor which is only accessible to gold floor customers, to have bell hops take your luggage over and have delivered to your cruise's luggage drop off area. From there the cruise personnel will deliver it to your room. It absolutely makes the cruise checking experience a breeze. You will also have access to a delicious complimentary breakfast at the gold club, light lunch items and delicious canapes at around 6pm. The extra amenities are well worth the upgrade that is around 160 dollars. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. We had a view of the harbor and the city because of the floor to ceiling bay windows. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and natural free toiletries that are free of toxins. The entire staff is courteous, accommodating and genuinely caring. All this made for wonderful experience. "

"We needed a post-cruise hotel for one night in Vancouver that wouldn’t break the bank. The Burrard for the bill perfectly. It was convenient, clean, and nicely remodeled. We were able to store our luggage from about 8:30 am until later in the afternoon. To fill the time we did a hop-on/hop/off bus tour. The coffee shop was great, and Burgos pub next door was terrific!"
