"Súper bien"

"The staff was amazing and so helpful. It’s a short walk to get to stores and other restaurants. Second time there and will continue to come back."

"Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I don't think the outside balcony was cleaned though-out our stay. It kept us from enjoying it - and although its ocean view you face the street and hear the cars at night along with the waves of the beach, past the street view. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"Estuvo excelente,"

"I liked the proximity to the beach and places to eat and a share ride to Old San Juan was only 10 to 15 minutes depending on where you wanted to be dropped off. That being said, the room was very minimalist with regards to comfort. The bed only had a blanket besides the sheet that goes on the mattress. We asked for an additional blanket but we never got it. The room was fairly big with only the bed, a sofa and a desk with a coffee on it. There was a small fridge inside the closet. The closet did...

"La atencion de los jóvenes que trabajan en el hotel es excelente, esta es nuestra segunda estadia en menos de 3 meses y volvemos pronto. Muy recomendado"

"Friendly staff, great location with awesome views of the water!"

"Although the hotel is somewhat wheelchair accessible, the ramp from the front lobby to the elevators are fairly inclined and can be hazardous to an unfortunate inconvenienced person, as in too much luggage, and/or kids, in addition to accompanying a wheelchaired co-traveler that needs assistance with their chair. I wasn't able to make it to breakfast, so I can't give my opinion on this side of it. Otherwise, the staff, cleanliness, and overall comfort or, comodez o comodidad, in Spanish, was...

"Excelente"

"The hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful from check in to dinner recommendations, restaurant staff and airport transportation assistance."

"I really liked the way the property looked like from the outside. The spinning fan was broken and there was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner provided. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. Once you got your keys for check in, it was very independent and you were able to walk in and out as you pleased. When we first arrived, very minimal greetings/communication was said and it felt very awkward. It was located with many bar options outside and close the the University which...

"This property has amazing customer services. The pool and outdoor area was amazing. They have an indoor and outdoor bar, and they offer guest credits daily during the stay. The only issue is that this is a pet friendly hotel and some areas had a slight pet smell. Not a dirty or unclean smell, just a pet smell, but not loud and profound. I would pick it again though."
