"In general a good hotel. Spacey room and comfortable bed. Good Brazilian breakfast. Three elevators are great, no queue or waiting time. On the negative side I couldn't get the temperature down on hot days. Also the toilet had issues with flushing. Can't open the windows but I assume it's a safety issue."

"This was the perfect stay for us in Sao Paulo, close to Paulista, the metro, and good eats/nightlife. Also a very safe area where we felt comfortable walking around. Staff were quite friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. There is a decently equipped gym as well as a pool and sauna. Breakfast buffet was also great and had a good variety. Only feedback would be in the morning, there was hammering/banging noises coming from elsewhere in the hotel that made it difficult to sleep. Not sure...
