"I liked the room and property. My only complaint is I have bad vision and sometimes when I get out the elevator it’s pitch dark and there’s a delay before light comes on. But I applaud the hotels efforts to conserve energy"

"Great locations - close to Ave Paulista, shops and restaurants -- but not "on" the avenue so it's less noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an older facility but they at least keep it up to date as much as they can. The swimming pool is actually more a hot/warm tub. "

"The hotel is o.k; nothing exciting. Unfortunately the air conditioner at the hotel did not work very well and eventually went out all together. Sleeping in the room was like being in a sauna with a room temoerature of 27°C - 29°C. The hotel management publised a letter informing guests that the air conditioner would be out of service for one day. That was a nice gesture but the A/C was already out of service when the letter was posted. The guys at the front desk kept saying the A/C would be...
