"The hotel is o.k; nothing exciting. Unfortunately the air conditioner at the hotel did not work very well and eventually went out all together. Sleeping in the room was like being in a sauna with a room temoerature of 27°C - 29°C. The hotel management publised a letter informing guests that the air conditioner would be out of service for one day. "The location of the hotel is excellent because is just few blocks away from Avenida Paulista and Bella Paulista bakery. The staff is just amazing, pleasant and impeccable service. Breakfast needs improvement with fresh bread, cheese bread and Minas cheese as an option to the existing cheese(provolone and cheddar) I definitely will stay here again! "
