São Paulo Global Hostel

2.0 star property
7.2 out of 10, Good, (46)
"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor. Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

"I missed my flight, so I called Guaru Inn Hotel to reschedule my stay with them. They understood my situation and rescheduled my stay on a different date. The hotel was secure and quiet, the room was clean, and the furniture was new. They do not have reception staff at night, but they give you a security code to open the gate; during the night, it's almost like a self-help hotel. I was very satisfied with their services; they certainly paid attention to the hotel design, and I loved the...
